I purchased one of the streaming devices at the Big E, was promised everything would be loaded, would be able to get local channels, nothing loaded on it, even TV guide does not show what is playing. Contacted salesperson, Chris, was told was told by him on September 29 " not yet, it will once we fix everything", then on October 1, still nothing, told "correct, there is still no live tv yet", then asked again on October 4 and never got a reply or heard from him again!! Now it's October 27 is still nothing working, thanks for supplying such a WONDERFUL product and screwing consumers with no SUPPORT!!!!

No reason for your box not to work we have 100000s of customers enjoying the product, in September we had a sever issue that has been fixed all you need to do is update the box, follow us on facebook to see how and all the great reviews of people enjoying the system....you have to learn how to use the box...watch the youtube videos to see how. Again there is no reason for you not to get the tv guide if you run the update.
